I was wondering why i no longer have the option to shop online. It says I have to call to order each item. Thankyou in advance for your help.

I am not showing any issues with your account. Would you please sign out of and close hsn.com. Then delete your cookies and cache.
After opening a new browser window, pull up the site using the address bar, not any saved links such as “Favorites”. This should fix any issues you are having.
I am having this same issue and have called multiple times. It has been over a year since I can order online. I always have to call.
I have had the “call to order” sign up for weeks. Can not order on line either. Not possible, so I do not order. No need to call cuz I do not have the CC handy anyways.
For security purposes we’re unable to process order requests via the community. Because of this I can’t walk through the order process for you to identify the issue. But if you call in and let the rep know that you’re having trouble placing an order online and you’d like them to walk through the process on your account, they can place the order as you online and see if they get the same error.
I tried everything you said same thing. Says i have to call to order 😞
