Ordered on flex pay, they took out WHOLE AMOUNT
I am very dissapointed. I ordered on flex pay, choose 5 months repayment plan, they took the whole amount for the tv out of my account. I called them within the same 24 hours, not shipped yet, and they told me, I can not cancel my order. PERIOD!!!!!! They told me I ordered it as the full amount. I did not. I have been using QVC and HSN for a number of years. I did not click on submit without entering the payment plan. I do not think I will use HSN again. QVC would have never done that. I have had to cancel orders before with QVC and there was no problem. I just wanted to cancel and reorder in payments. Just letting you know. thanks Debra
Hello and welcome to the Community. Your order was placed on HSN online and a single payment was selected. The full amount has been authorized to your card and not the 5 Flexpayments. It is possible to change your payment to Flexpayments. To do so, it is necessary to call Customer Service at 800-933-2887 (8 – 1 am ET) to authorize this payment change.
