Ordered cancellation did not work
I order s several items Friday and I didn’t realize I couldn’t send some things to my house and some things to my grandmothers house unless I made two separate orders. I canceled the first order and reordered both items that needed to be shipped to Dallas, as I am in San Antonio. I even called to confirm both had been canceled when I spoke to customer service on the phone Saturday evening while I was adjusting my Flex Pay schedule… now I got an email saying the item that I canceled was shipped to me in SA today. What are my options as I do not want the item myself and I did cancel. I don’t know why it did not go through correctly and why the customer service rep did say they are both canceled… it will be ridiculous to have to pay to return the item bc the price to return is basically the price of the item… this is in regards to order #

Thank you! The package got delivered today and I immediately opened it, put the return stickers on and sent it back. There was not an option for my return reason that fit the situation so I just hand wrote the explanation in. How do I make sure I will not be charged the return shipping? I would really rather it NOT be charged and then returned. I DO NOT want it charged to me at all because HSN’s refund process is way to long.
Sorry for the confusion with this! I waived the return shipping on that for you. Once it arrives, just open the package up and use the included pre-paid Easy Return Label to send it back. You’ll receive a full refund once we get it back.
If the lace on the TS is anything like her panties, u don’t want it anyways! Maybe it is completely different lace, but how do we know?
I do have several Rhonda Shear purchases that I love!!
However, the lace fell apart on these when gently hand washed…
