Ordered 3 items, was charged for 9?
I ordered 3 items on June 30th. When I checked my HSN credit account, seems I was charged 3 times for each order, a total of 9 charges were processed. Can you correct this please?
I have checked all 9 charges for that day and they are all referencing the same 3 items. Perhaps it is the error of the credit card? I will check with them. The postings are for the same 3 item numbers and the same charges in triplicate. I wanted to be sure that they items were not submitted incorrectly on HSN’s side. Thank you for checking. I will contact comenity bank.
Hello , I’ve reviewed your account and see you purchased 3 items with us on 6/30. You were only charged once for each order. You should see the following charges on your account: $5.59, $8.39, and $5.99. However, I do see that you had several FlexPayments process around the same time. Is it possible you are seeing those charges?
