Frequently when I check on my order status it says I have not placed an order in the past three months when I have ordered many items and now checking on items which I have tracking numbers. There is definitely a glich in their computer program. Has anyone else had this problem?

, I’ve checked on your account and I’m showing that you’re set up properly to be able to view your orders online. We do sometimes do maintenance on our site late at night which can cause certain features to not work for a short amount of time. If you’re still having trouble viewing your orders online, please let me know and I’ll be happy to check on your orders for you.
I’m experiencing the same.
This happens sometimes (probably due to site upgrades and maintenance). The information will come back once their systems are back in shape – I hope (it has before). Though I must say, it is very disconcerting to not be able to track my orders or even my flex pay. ????
Hopefully, one of the managers will reply to this thread and let us know what is happening and give us a time frame of when the site will be fixed. I would check back in a day or so.
Don’t give up on HSN just yet. They’ll come through. Plus, it’s fun shopping with them and they do have some nice items.
After I pay off my flex pay, I’m not going to shop on HSN anymore. I can’t understand why their website has tons of issues, slow in packing & delivery. I’m done. They lost this customer for good.
I do!!! Their website has tons of glitches. Frustrating!
