Order Status Updates
I placed my orders on 12/10/15 and three of my orders have never had the tracking status information updated since 12/13/15. Two orders are stuck in NY and NJ and the other once still says Ontario CA. I’m concerned that my packages have either been lost or I will not receive them on time. Secondly, Why were there four different packages shipped for my five orders? Never had that many shipments for one order before.
No customer service answers?
Hmmm, Ninestar, i am sure about that. I have had no problems with mine leaking. Just have to make sure the fittings are tight. It should should right on standard kitchen sink faucets. If you have a fancy expensive faucet, it may not work. I cannot afford expensive fixtures, so I had no problems. Just remember, you also have 30 days to return it if you are not satisfied.
Girlygirl57, well of course I have the red soda stream. Almost every gadget or small appliance in my kitchen is being purchased in red or cinnamon.
Girlygirl, it is pretty inexpensive to purchase. Will pay for itself quickly. I, of course, got the red filtration system and am very happy I purchased it. Especially nice for using with my Keurig, i have the 2.0 550 model with, of course, red accents that you peel and stick for the 2.0 models. I also use the filtered water for my Soda Stream.

Girlygirl57, I am very jealous I don’t have the red. I wanted that one sooooo bad but will have to settle for what I can get. Ninestar, you may want to scope out the clean and pure water filtration system on HSN. I bought one and put it on my kitchen sink. I use it for my dogs waters, my keurig, and now for my ice maker.
I received mine yesterday as well. I could only get the white as they were sold out of the red. But will make due for now until they get stock and a sale again. I let mine sit for several hours and used it last night. I made some small ones at first then switched to the bigger ones. I tried to switch back to small but it kept making the big ones. I had to unplug the unit and retry and it makes the small ones again. Overall seems to be working pretty good. No bad taste to ice. Just in case, i got the two year protection plan on it. Hopefully, i don’t ever have to use it.
