Order Status No Longer Visible
I submitted an order on 11/19/2016. My accounts Order Status and Order History reflected my order of 8 items…with the status of Submitted. I check the status and order history again, there is no record an order was placed.
What is going on!?!? I spent most of the day deciding on placing the order…I finally submit the order, get a confirmation and order number…and now no record of any order.
