Order Status and Order History Erased/Deleted
Has anyone recently had their flexpay and order status or order history erased. I am expecting an order and went to check status and it reads “No orders placed in the last 30 days”. I have placed 3 orders since May 1, 2017. I have flexpays for previous orders and it reads “Oops there are flexpays”. Does anyone know what’s going on or having this problem?
The information was all restored this morning. I had to email HSN and ask for help. So if any of you are still experiencing this please save yourself the trouble and contact HSN for help. Thank you all and good luck!
I’m also having the same trouble. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone. I’ve reported this and we hope to have this corrected soon.
Same here….maybe they are updating system……
I’m having the same problem. Went to check on an order that was placed 3 days ago and my history is blank!!
