Order returned without any attempt at delivery, not the first time.
I just had an order returned without any attempt at delivery, this is not the first time.
Is this standard practice for HSN? I stopped ordering items for aa while from HSN because this happened in the past.
Now, try them again, 2 items.ordered, one delivered. Other says returned, no notice, call, email or explanation.

I am sorry to hear that your order was returned to us without knowledge, @dacajun. It’s not something we see every day and there may be a reason why it was returned. Sadly, we’re unable to see the full tracking information as to why it was returned back to us. However, a refund has been issued in the amount of $38.25. I did issue another refund of $3.83 for your original shipping and handling. You should see this refund within 72 business hours.
