Order Packaging Time…AGAIN
I’d like someone at HSN to tell me if you are STILL having packaging “delays” at such an early point in the holiday shopping season. I have one order that has said packaging for four days now, and another for three. Last year I was told by CS that items averaged two days in packaging and then shipped. This year, and it has been happening for MONTHS now, it takes many more days and sometimes weeks for things to ship. This has caused a lot of us tremendous amounts of frustration and distrust. HSN has the money from us, but items don’t ship on time, don’t arrive on time, etc. There are only so many times you can refund our shipping costs…especially if the items had free shipping on them. Then what will you do? I am certain at this point that I can’t order holidays gifts without fear of them not arriving in time even for a DECEMBER holiday. Why can’t you communicate with ALL of your customers about this ongoing problem and be transparent? Do the right thing!
, I’m so sorry shipping issues are causing such uncertainty. I located two of your orders that have estimated deliveries of 11/20 and 11/21. At this time, I’m unable to determine if they are both affected by the delays as the Lulu Dharma Velvet Bag is shipping directly from the manufacturer. We are working to restore normal shipping as soon as possible.
