Order nowhere to be found
I placed two orders yesterday. One is shown as processing, the other (which had three items) is nowhere to be found. The order number seems to be invalid. I do have a screenshot of the confirmation with order number. The charges have been taken out of my account so obviously the order was placed and sent through. I need to know if this order will be fulfilled or has been canceled so I can place another order elsewhere for these items as they are Christmas gifts.
I figured it out. I have two cards on file. Orders are tied to the cards, oddly. Thank you for your help.
I did try that and it was not able to bring it up. The order number is ***. Oddly enough my previous orders (which are on flex pay) are not showing either. Not sure if that’s relevant or connected somehow.

@craftycanary, it sounds like you placed the other order on a guest account. If you sign out of your HSN account and hover over the sign in section you’ll see the Single Order Lookup option. You can give us a call at 1-800-284-3900 and request the accounts be merged. If you reply with your order number, I can take a quick look for you.
