Order not showing under my account
I placed an order on 11/30 or 12/1, and it is not showing up under my account. I called customer service, and they said it has been shipped. I checked the tracking # on UPS and it was not found. Why is my order not showing up online? thanks.
Hello cindym75, I’m not able to locate a HSN account registered to your nickname, to check on your order. It is possible you placed your order as a guest. If you would Private Message me your order number (please don’t post it publicly,) I’ll be happy to check tracking and see the delivery status.
