Hello , I can confirm that there is no order history for a NutriBullet on the account registered to the email address on record (that was removed from your post). If there is another account, please don’t post the email address or order number, kindly Private Message me with the information and I’ll be very glad to research further.
I’ll ask for an update on this for you and let you know here if there is any new information.
