Order missing an item!
I ordered two identical scarves 430-354. Opened the package today and there was only one in the package but the packing slip listed 2 and I was charged for two.
I just received an email saying I am returning one scarf???? Or is that to generate a credit for the missing item?
Oh no! 🙁 Sadly it looks like the Black Animal Print is sold out. I’d be happy to have a Neutral one sent out to you. Or I can issue you a refund for the order. Which would you prefer?

Thanks for the well wishes! It was hard to choose the color. Because everyone has black I wanted to avoid black. Plus it had too much white for me. My all time favorite colors that she has done, the black and white houndstouth, or the peacock(turquoise) color, were unfortunately not options. And because ombre seems like a trend, I went with what I thought was more subtle, so I chose burgandy. It is lovely and certainly better than what I had. Unfortunately all the larger bags are sold out so I can’t add pieces. I am not sure where I am going yet but the Caribbean is calling my name!
