I’m having difficulty understanding HSN’s solution to the problem surrounding order #**********. This was meant to be given as a Christmas gift, and each time I contacted customer service I was told something different. I was told to wait a few days and call back, I was told the system was down call back later, I was told the item was scheduled to be delivered today, etc. Well tracking shows that the item will never be delivered because the shipping label is incorrect. In fact, the last scan (12/19) shows the package was being returned to sender. I spoke with customer service this morning, and she confirmed that I will never receive the package, and another can’t be ordered, the item is sold out. I asked for a refund, she said I’d have to wait until they receive the package back. Umm, I never received it, and I never will. Why should I wait for a refund? Tracking proves this. My money is tied up for no reason, plus I need to purchase a last minute gift, today! Please help.

I really am sorry to hear that you never received your package, @buddy543. I’ll be more than happy to issue a refund so your money isn’t tied up any longer than it already has been. You should see your refund within 72 business hours.
