Order has not been tracked; may be lost
One of my recent orders seems to be in limbo. There is no tracking information available on it since it left Roanoke, Va. Usually items arrive one or two days later here on the Va Peninsula. When should I panic that the order is lost and what do I do???

Ryan, I don’t see a profile picture for gise427. Is there any connection of that to the fact that I’m still unable to upload my profile picture?
Edited to update: I can’t see her picture in the forum threads, but it does show up in my notification feed. ???
I have not been able to get my picture to load up to my profile for weeks. However, so many other photos are uploaded here in various threads. Does this have anything to do with the glitch?
Hello @CHARLIRX. I checked on your orders and see the tracking information has been started but not yet updated. Please give this another day to process as tracking does not update over weekends. We’re still on to meet the delivery dates estimated when the orders were placed.
There is still no evidence of my order in tracking. It appears that UPS has lost the item. Is there anyway to check with them? I really wanted the ring in question. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Sorry to say, the order of the ring noted below still incomplete. I hope you all can track it from your end but it appears it was checked out at Roanoke and then lost. Friday’s mail has come and gone. I would appreciate a replacement or credit . Thank you.
