ORDER HAS NEVER ARRIVED
My order was supposed to have been delivered by September 9th. I still haven’t received it and keep getting the runaround from customer service. I was told it shipped and then told by a “supervisor” that it didn’t. They were supposed to call me back today. Still hasn’t happened. Big surprise!
My advice to anyone reading this is not to call customer service. Just got off the phone with a supervisor and couldn’t get any info at all. I asked how long I was to wait before calling back. I was told my order “should” ship in the next several days. Nice HSN.
Is someone going to call me?
A supervisor told me he would be calling me today. I already called twice on Friday. Would be nice if I received a phone call today as promised.
I am sorry to see that this order is running behind schedule. I do see it noted here that you are working with a supervisor to resolve this, so I suggest you call them directly for an update. You can reach a supervisor by calling in to 1-800-933-2887 from 8 a.m. – 1 a.m., Eastern Time and requesting one.
