Hi customer service: I placed 2 orders back to back on Friday. Got confirmation emails on both. Now one of the items has just disappeared from my order history as if it doesn’t exist. What’s up with that?

Of course, @lady_di13! I show that you should only have to pay $1.16 for S&H for this new order. I’ve added $1.84 in Spendable Ka$h for you to use towards your new order. This is the difference in the shipping & handling cost you would have paid when you originally placed your order. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
I’m very sorry to see this, @lady_di13. When I look into this it shows that the order for the heat tool was incomplete. You’ll have to reorder that item. Let me know if the price is different today and I can make the adjustments on my end. If you still have your confirmation email for this order, please email a copy of it to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com. I’d like to use it to report this concern.
Hi Ryan: Incomplete, that’s weird…given I received the email confirmation. I will forward it to the address you provided. Yes, I would like that item. However, both items I ordered were crafting items, which would be a combined $5.00 shipping for both. If I reorder the second item today, I’d get stuck paying shipping twice. Would you be able to help with that if I reorder?
