Last night I placed an order for beats solo2 wireless headphones. I checked out as a guest and the order appeared to go through. My bank statement also shows the charge. However I never received an email order confirmation and today I received a voicemail about an order that I placed being on backorder, however it was an unknown number and the caller did not say where they were calling from.
When I try to look up the order it says no order has been placed between 9/01/2016 and 11/30/2016
