My order went through, my bank card was charged, funds were immediately removed from my account, received order confirmation stating that my order ********** had been processed and to keep checking for the email that let’s me know when it will ship. Exactly 1 hour later I received and email stating that my order had been cancelled. No reason why and my money is still gone! I will be going to my Banker tomorrow and will be filing a fraud case against HSN. Please reverse the charges!

I’m sorry for the disappointment with this order. It looks like you were not eligible for flexpay and so it was canceled. You can expect to receive a letter in the mail soon with more info on why that decision was reached. The charges you see on your account are the authorization, which will fall off within your banks normal time-frame.
