I placed an order over a month ago and order was cancelled the next day by HSN. I still haven’t received the refund. I called HSN twice already and still no result. PleAse advise.
Hi , I checked your account and see that we authorized the amount with your bank, but did not charge your bank account for the order, so you will not see a separate refund. We do not charge for the order until the item ships. Banks will usually release the authorization within 3 to 5 business days. As it has been longer than that, I have sent a message to your bank to be sure the amount is not being held.
