Order cancelled please release my money!!
My order was cancelled, after reading all the reviews I assume it’s due to flex pay eligibility. I would however like for the down payment hold that you’ve placed on my account reversed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi @julies1971, I’m sorry to see that your order’s been canceled. I’ve sent an electronic request to have the authorization released to your financial institution. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
I did take a look and your order’s weren’t canceled due to FlexPay Eligibility. It looks like it was canceled as we were unable to verify a few pieces of information. You’re more than welcome to give our Verification Department a call at 800-436-6767 between 8am-7pm ET, Monday-Friday.
