Order cancelled by HSN ?
Hi, I recently got an email that an order I placed was cancelled, I didn’t cancel it, and would like the item, how does this situation get corrected and why did HSN cancel my order? Thanks
Hi @scarletb, so sorry for the confusion! Sadly it looks like your orders for the Plump & Polish Travel Duos were cancelled by our warehouse as Inventory Control. Generally when this happens it means that the product was discovered to be damaged and couldn’t be sent out. Be sure to add the item to your “Favorites” and you’ll be alerted if more become available.
The fringe pacific beach was refunded for some reason, I didn’t ask for that order to be cancelled or refunded. I want the item…
@scarletb, according to our records the only recent order on your account that is showing as cancelled was for the Clean & Pure Classic 25,000-Gallon Water Filter. Our system indicates that the item was cancelled via your HSN.COM account. If you were still interested in this item, you would simply need to place a new order at this point.
