Order cancelled and money taken
It says I have two accounts linked to my card and wouldn’t let me confirm my order so I just closed the tab and checked my bank account and it took my money out for the item but never even sent me a comfirmatiomn email saying I placed an order just a canceled order email. When will I get refunded? Why did it place an order when telling me it couldn’t but yet it took money from my account?!
Hi @brittneyb93, it looks like our system has sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon their release of funds policy.
