I just ordered something then received an email 10 minutes later saying order canceled. What does that mean?
@MrsRodgers2, I’m very sorry but it seems we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. The FlexPay department doesn’t share specifics with customer service but you should get a letter with an explanation of why the order was cancelled. You can also reach out to that department at 1-800-879-2559.
