Order 1564442234 canceled
Please issue a refund to my bank. This was for school and I am required to have a laptop by Wednesday and now you have taken my money and canceled my order. I need my funds to order from a different place. Why take my money and deny me my order?
@darwinkh, I’m sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be able t order items on FlexPay in the future. When we cancel an order we do not take the funds. What you’re seeing is an authorization hold for the amount we planned on taking. This normally falls off in 3-5 days depending on your banks policy. I’ve sent an electronic request to your bank to release these funds earlier. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
