OMG! They did it again! WAKE UP HSN!
Just to recap last time they charged my credit card not once but twice for a purse I returned two months earlier for $109 plus. Since nobody notified me I thought it was fraud and cancelled my card. Now this time they did email me that they charged me over $50 for a purse I returned over a month ago. What is going on at HSN??? THIS HAS TO STOP!!! Not to mention it’s difficult to check on things that far back since they got rid of order history! This has cost a lot of time,stress not to mention the hassle of cancelling my card without so much as a Sorry!! These are HSN mistakes and I expect some form of compensation.

I called cs and they found it was their error. If these annoying and possibly costly mistakes on HSN part keep happening I’M DONE! Why are they waiting months to claim their was not a return? Every item I’ve exchanged HAS BEEN RETURNED PERIOD!!! So , as you stated. I’ve ordered a lot of the same items . how many more times should I expect to have to deal with this nonsense?
@desertqueen, I’m sorry to hear of the issues that have been occurring with your returns. It looks like we’re rebilling you for one of the purses that was exchanged as the original purse isn’t showing as being checked in as returned. There’s been quite a few of these purses ordered and exchanged on your account so there may have been some confusion with our returns department when processing the returns. In total, I’m showing 9 of the item were shipped to you and only 3 are showing as checked in as returned. Did you return more than the 3 to us?
