Is there any one else that is not receiving their daily emails or texts from HSN for TSV or any other notifications? I have not received any in a week and would like this to be resolved but not sure if HSN stopped sending them.
i called customer service and they said they reported it and I would hear back in a few days. it has been over a week and still no emails or texts.
I updated my post over a week ago and I see HSN deleted it. I would have to guess there are quite a few people having the same problem and not just three of us.
I’ve had the same problem since the beginning of the month. After the back and forth with a long list of emails a tech suggested I call CS and ask for a supervisor. With her help this morning I found out why in my case I wasn’t receiving them and she was able to take care of the problem. You have nothing to lose. Give them a call.
