Note to IT Department
I purchase items using HSN.com constantly. Lately, I have encountered a problem with the system. I just made a purchase of multiple items and got the confirmation screen (It’s Yours). Then I went back in shopping and added new items to my cart. The items showed up in my cart, but when I cllicked on CHECKOUT, the last screen came back up for me to purchase again the items I had already just purchased. This only happens if I purchase something, and then go back in to purchase again. The screen is not refreshing. I have to logout out and come back in to get the process working again. Just FYI…
When I checked my cart this morning it had 4 Blu-ray players, some with protection plus and and a TV. All total $1,789.60. I haven’t even looked at blu-ray players or TVs.
