Not sure I am getting my KASH

I called and was going to exchange this order for a smaller size and the CS rep put in an order (not sure she understood it was exchange) and we had discussed the amount due back. I think she messed with the Kash I was to recieve back. Anyway, I have not rec’d my KASH that I am expecting to recieve. I cancelled the exchange and just returned the item. I am confused. Can you dig into this for me? Please?

I checked this order for you and it looks like you were charged for the return shipping in error. I fixed that for you, so the $6.95 in Kash is now available in your account again.
I had to contact Joy Mangano’s office on a different item and their customer service was excellent. HSN couldn’t help me as I waited too long and it was a TS with bonus items not carried in stock. They sent the part immediately and no charge.. They were helpful, courteous and I received it as fast as the Post Office could deliver it.. half way across the country. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Ingenious Designs if HSN can’t assist.
You probably would have to send it to them to be repaired or replaced. I don’t know if the customer or the company pays the postage on this item for repairs/exchanges.
