Not ordering from HSN again – FLEX pay is a joke!
I tried to place my first order in a few years for an HP printer. I opted to use the flex pay option. First payment taken. Order cancelled. Just called to speak with 3 different people including a supervisor. Zero explanation as to why I was “declined”. I wasn’t even applying for a credit card…just using my bank card. I am a person who prides themselves on paying all of my bills on time and thank you HSN for making me feel like a delinquent. I will go back to QVC over and over again. Their “Easy Pay” option has given me zero problems. If I speak with 3 people including a supervisor, someone better give me a better response than “You’ll receive a letter in 7-10 days.” oh and by the way “We will be happy to reverse your first payment.” How was that not initiated in the first day after the cancellation?! Should have been automatic, but 3 days later?! I will not be back to HSN for any reason!!
I’m sorry that I am unable to offer any further information, @pertygirl. We are unable to see the reasons that your FlexPay were declined. Rest assured, the letter being sent will include more information on this. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will give us another try.
