Not my order
I just received my Discover statement and I was charged for order 1********* (has been edited by HSN to protect your privacy) for 34.42 on Sep 6. I always use my HSN card and this order does not show on my HSN account under orders. Can you please check and credit me for this? Thank you, Jane

I’m sorry for the confusion but we are unable to credit back this purchase. It was ordered as a guest; which explains why you were unable to see it on your account. Please, give our CS Dept. a call at: 1-800-933-2887 (8a-1a EST), to merge your accounts. Merging your accounts will allow you to combine your orders and make your HSN cc the primary card on file.
