Not Having Fun Here Lately : (
So, on July 8th I ordered the 480-968 TS (Better Brella) and received it on July 16th sadly it was defective- it would not stay open. On July 18th I returned it and requested an exchange which I just received 2 days ago, the box was torn and all beat up… it works but the shaft of the umbrella is slightly bent, I’m going to keep it because I don’t want to wait another month for a new one, and right now they are sold out anyway. So this is sad.
Also, for the past month, I have emailed CS twice regarding not receiving the Today’s Special Emails and Promotions, I have updated my settings and saved them several times and have also added hsn to my contacts, but am still not receiving these emails? It’s a mystery I guess !
I hope things get better, but at least I am able to come here and vent. Thanks for that…
I’m very sorry to hear this awesome umbrella arrived damaged twice. It is good news to hear that it works well this time, although dented. I forwarded information about how this arrived to our shipping team so they can look into future improvements. I’ve also issued a $5.00 partial refund to your original method of payment for the damages.
As for your email issue- I see we forwarded this to our technical team to look into, but we haven’t received a response yet. I’ll send a follow up email to them requesting an update for you.
