Not Happy with HSN online ordering
I have been having so much trouble using the online ordering option for HSN. That is the ONLY way I order on HSN because of past mistakes made by HSN representatives……sending the item to the wrong address, not applying flexpays when I request it, ordering the wrong color, etc. SO, the most successful way to order is placing it online. I recently moved my flexpay payment and made the payment recently. When I went to place an order online, my account was blocked. I called and was told the block was removed. I tried online again and it wasn’t fixed. I was told it was due to tech difficulties. Not acceptable. I work in the tech industry and we would never allow this, especially if its convenient to the customer and a main source of revenue. I need this resolved.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused @godzfirst. I took a look and don’t see a hold on your account at this time. I would recommend logging out of your account fully, then opening a new browser then re-log in. If that doesn’t work, let me know so I can investigate further for you.
