not happy at all
ok im really upset right now. I placed an order the money for the flex pay was taken from my account. I went and checked my emails a little later only to find out that my order was cancelled for no apparent reason but HSN took my money.. In other words HSN STOLED my money if I dont get an answer now i will be contacting my lawyer first thing in the morning..
Hello chickenbutt3, I know how disappointed you must be feeling. Please keep in mind, that when you placed the order, the funds were only authorized on your method of payment. When the order was canceled, we released our request for the funds, and your account was never charged. If you do not see the credit back to your card within 72 business hours, please let us know.
