NOT ALLOWED TO PICK UP FROM UPS
I ordered the Dell laptop this weekend (TS) from your website. I was notified by UPS that it will be delivered when I won’t be home.
After calling UPS they indicated that the sender would not allow me to pick up the item. Why is this option not allowed?
What can I do in the future in case I need to pick up the next item I order?
