Not able to redeem my tracfone 1500 minutes
I call the provided number to redeem my 1500 promotional minutes and I get Verizon asking me to provide a pin or buy a pin . What is going on? I have dialed this number several times. I need to redeem these minutes. I only have 8 minutes left. Even your customer service brings me to the same Verizon automated system. I have wasted several minutes. What is going on?
