Nonexistent customer service
I have been waiting for over a half an hour for someone to take my phone call. Does your customer service exist?
I have had several instances of really poor customer service in the last several months. I chalked the first one up to “everybody has a bad day”, however there seems to be a pattern. Like many other customers concerned about this phenomena, I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company in the last 15 years and it really does not seem to matter. I will continue to buy things that I have bought in the past that I am assured of the quality, but quite frankly, if I can find these products elsewhere, even if I have to pay a little more money, I will buy them elsewhere,

And there is truth to that saying–when it’s gone, it’s gone. Like a certain thread you’re trying to rehash. 😉
