I AM PLAYING MUTIPLE GAMES. SOMETIMES I GET TICKETS, SOMETIMES NOT. IN LAST THREE DAYS I HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED FOR AT LEAST 4000 TICKETS. I THOUGHT THIS WOULD STOP WITH UPDATES. WHEN WILL IT BE CORRECTED?
This transition has been challenging for all of you and for that I greatly apologize. Its seems the update is working for a few. We are making sure to report the issues and finding out why the updates are isolated.
WHO are the few it’s working for?????? Name one username! I doubt you could find a single player who is experiencing zero problems since the change. What I’m tired of is being told it’s cache or cookies, the problem can’t be duplicated (until enough people post about a problem, then suddenly it’s being addressed) or to post on the Arcade update thread with specific details and those posts are not even acknowledged. *sigh*
This is very disappointing to see! The tickets seem to be awarding properly on our end. I know how important it is to keep up with your tickets. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies and resetting your browser?
If that doesn’t work please, reply with the device and browser version you are using. We’ll be glad to report this on your behalf.
Seriously Jordan????? Tickets are NOT being awarded properly. Just last night I had over 20 games of Spellbound which should have been 75 tickets each not NOT credited. This has been happening EVERY day recently. Also played Mahjong Dimensions last night or should I say tried to play and each game refreshed mid play. This IS NOT a cookie/cache issue! I’m playing using Chrome but same thing happens trying other browsers. Ticket problems are happening to everyone NOT a select few !
