NO STATUS ON RETURN–No refund showing up
So the transaction, when they took the payment for the items i bought, was on August 26th. I went to the post office on 9/06, paid for 2 day shipping and with the tracking number they gave me they recieved it on the 13th around 5pm. (Your item was delivered at 5:01 pm on September 13, 2016 in WALLINGFORD, CT 06493.)
So my obvious question is, why is it not showing up on my account. I have proof enough that i have returned it before the policy. I also did not sign into my account. I just bought it and paid quickly through paypal. Both paypal and checking my bank account, the transaction from when i bought it shows up on there but my refund is not on there.
I purchased “Clever Cutter Deluxe Set of 2 Chopper and Slicer 479-489”
My total was $32.65 all together. I have yet to recieve any status on my return, just only through tracking via usps that it was delievered. Thats it.

I do not know if the mission towels that Forbes Riley had here and the Serena towels are made by the same company. I do remember last summer Forbes kept saying in her presentations that Serena had the mission towels in her bag at courtside. So maybe (and just pure speculation) they may very well be made by the same company. It would also explain why the mission towels are now on the Q so the towels could be made part of the Serena brand.
I do not have the Serena towels but I got some of the Mission ones last summer. They do work very well to keep me cool outside in the yard or in the house. I am glad I purchased them last year.
