This has happened twice. I receive an email to review a product and when I try to I get a message that I did not purchase the product and cannot review. I would like to review both products because they are great. Item #504-997 Kanupriya Moonstone Earrings and most recently item #502-884 Jay King Spiny Oyster pen. There is a pattern – both orders were done with Visa Checkout. I also cannot use the “if this was done in error email us” part – get you did not buy message. Is a review possible?
I am sorry, too. These were both beautiful! Items and deserved accolades! I think you should adjust that. A great product is still a great product even if the checkout is not up to your snuff.
Okay…… so it sounds like you used VisaCheckout when you placed those orders, correct? If that’s the case you won’t be able to write reviews for those items. VisaCheckout orders are processed as guest orders and do not appear on your account like a normal order would. So sorry 🙁
I go to order status and click on the item and there is usually a write a review spot to click on but these do not have that. When I do the email I “think” I get you did not purchase but I know I cannot write a review from the email. I also have tried to click on the “write a review” spot under the item but I get the “you did not purchase” message. I failed to mention that these were Visa Checkout coupon items.
Hello @tailorofkst, I’m sorry you’re having trouble writing reviews for your orders. May I ask where you are attempting the reviews from? Are you doing this under “Account” and selecting “Write A Review”? Or are you doing it from the item page?
