No response to email help –tried twice!
I wrote twice to cs in the past week or two asking for a creidt for the 30 day price guarantee and received no response. I did not even receive the email notice saying that HSN recived the question. I could have made an error in the first request but not twice. Help!

, I’m sorry you didn’t get any help with this. Since the refund amount is more than your first payment, I won’t be able to refund the whole amount at this time. The only other way would be to refund the total amount in Spendable Ka$h(in-store credit). Which option would work best for you?
HSN_@Ryan–still waiting for a response ab:smileyfrustrated:out the time frame for the credit. I also sent you a PM and no response for two days.
Kyle–it is item: 457-856, and the credit should be just under $10. Can you give me a time frame for the creidt to show up as spendable ka$h so I can stop pestering you all?!
