No further updates so when will I get my HSN refund for defective returned item?
Dear HSN Customer Service:
This item below arrived defective and broken and I already posted about returning it for my full HSN 1st flex payment in Community under customer service post, and was replied to that post by HSN Customer Service Reps which noted HSN would not include return charges and when received HSN would credit me back to Visa card my original full Visa Card HSN charge.
As of today USPS states the following for this returned defective HSN food chopper:
“Your item has been tendered to the returns agent at 9:29 pm on May 30, 2018 in BROOKLYN, NY 11256. The Postal Service no longer has the item and no further tracking updates are expected”.
Since no further tracking will be enacted now I need to know where is my item I returned using the prepaid USPS shipping label and when will I get my Visa Card refund since no further updates will be provided?
