No email confirmation
I emailed earlier today about an order I placed about 6 or 7 days ago. PayPal shows that payments have been completed but I have no order number to confirm or track these items. I recieved a reply and they said that my email address isn’t on file or synced with my hen account. But I can sign in perfectly fine on the hsn site and it shows no purchase history for the past 90 days. Where can I see my orders and how can I track them without order and tracking numbers??

Please contact us at your earliest convenience so you can request these accounts be merged. Once they are merged you’ll be able to see all of the order information.
