NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION & CHARGED TOO MUCH
I placed an order (my first HSN order) last night around 11:40pm and never received a confirmation email or any emails about my order at all. My total was $52.06 and I checked this morning and $82.03 is what came out of my checking account. Is it normal for HSN to place an authorization hold for more than the amount of the purchase? I cannot find my order anywhere, and I want to make sure it did go through, like I said, this is my first experience.Thanks!
So glad to see this post. Same thing happened with mine. No email and pre-authorization for the original prices. I do not like this. Makes no sense and now I have to wait until Monday at midnight to make sure the right amount is charged. Not a great first experience.

THE TS Sunday never said the price was lower for the mop .$19.95 is the everyday price as it was 20 yrs ago . THe TS was getting the mop plus Good Housekeeping magazine year subscription or a $8 refund making it 11.95 . Of course the shipping was $4.95 which including adding other Joy products for free s/h .
If BBB offers the mop for $19.95 + option of one year subscription Good Houskeeping mag or $8 rebate, and 20% off than that would be the better deal .
