No Delivery of my order, was to be delivered today 12/5/2016
Well took the day off work to make sure someone was home to accept the delivery of our TV. The day came, and left and no phone call, text or email was received in regards to any delay in the delivery of our products. I should have went with my gut feeling about this one and should have went to work knowing this was not going to be delivered by the date stated on my order shipment confirmation email I received.
If this product has not left the facility, I really hope you guys can reconsider the shipping method and change it from CEVA to UPS. I called CEVA again, and they still do not have ANY information on their database in regards to my order. I can’t afford to miss anymore days so really hope you guys can pull some strings there to see what is going on.

I’m sorry for the concern with this order! I looked into this and it looks like we received info from our partner that these TV’s were going to be delayed in shipping. The updated expected delivery date is 12/16/16. I’ve issued you $20.00 in store credit as an apology for this unexpected delay, which is available now for you.
