Nightmare Experience with HSN!
I ordered a MacBook on 2/16/17 from HSN shortly after ordering the product I was informed by Apple that the laptop is a 2012 model and updates may not be supported by the older model I immediately called HSN to cancel the order as I was not aware that the laptop was an old model. I spoke to a supervisor and she told me that the package was already on the way and instructed me to use the EZ return label enclosed in the box and credited me the shipping. I shipped the item back on 2/21/17 from my local UPS store. My account showed “returned” and was credited in full. On 6/19/17, four months later, I received a letter from HSN stating that they never received the return! How is this possible? I used a return label created by HSN. UPS informed me that HSN should have a record of the tracking number and that HSN can obtain the shipping information in their postage history. I’ve called HSN numerous times and keep getting bounced around from person to person. This evening I received a call from HSN stating that there was no label in the box. UNREAL! There absolutely was a label in the box. I used that label to ship it back to you! This is NOT the kind of business practices or customer service that I have come to expect from HSN or any reputable company for that matter! I will continue to pursue this until it is resolved.
