new hp laptop
i just bought an hp laptop. it has been a month today. Now it doesn’t work properly. I can’t even sign on to it. i call to get help support and they want to charge to fix it. can someone help me because i barely used the laptop yet. i don’t know what to do.
Ok so it is the 27th and I haven’t heard from hsn.the laptop was returned am I getting another in place of that one or do I get my money back?

Hopefully you should be receiving the returned laptop today or tomorrow. It just seem so long for it to get there.
Are they holding my flex pay?
The payment has been made. I got the return label and sent the laptop back also.

So far I called twice. I left a message once. I will definitely let you know what happens when I’m contact ed by them. Can you tell me if I can return my laptop for another one? Or if I have any other options?
