Never received full defective item refund so please acknowledge and enact asap

Dear HSN Customer Service:
A defective partial return refund error was enacted by HSN for item # 143-138, the Cuisinart 1.5 quart Yogurt Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker.
This item was defective and returned for a full refund of the original price I paid on the 1st flex payment of $38.61, and I also noted the item was defective on the return invoice included in my HSN defective item return, using the prepaid USPS return label. Also I already posted this on the HSN Community forum and this was the reply from HSN_Sarah:

Sorry to hear this isn’t working for you. I waived the return shipping associated with the included easy return label so there will be no charge for the return shipping. You are welcome to drop it at either UPS or USPS.

(Refund Issued 4/24/2018 $38.61 is what is stated on HSN.com for the refund I should have received back to my Visa Debit Card Bank Account).
$38.61 (HSN correct refund I should have received in my Visa Card debit Bank Account).
-30.16 (Incorrect partial refund posted in my Visa Card Bank Account on 4/26/2018).
$ 8.45 (Withheld HSN refund difference still owed to Visa Card for HSN defective return).
Kindly refund the expected refund difference of $8.45 back to my original method of payment, Visa Debit Card asap, and also please acknowledge and reply asap.
Thanks in advance and btw yesterday I also ordered another ice cream maker from HSN, and hope this one is not defective:).
So sorry I completely forgot about the April 1st refund of $8.45 and just looked at HSN.com under my order# which states the HSN refund of $30.16. .

@redman1, according to our records, you were refunded in full for the order. A refund of $8.45 was processed on April 1 and the additional amount of $30.16 was refunded when the item was returned to us. The two amounts would be the full refund for the $38.61 that was originally paid on the item.
