Never received a confirmation email- order not showing in account
I placed an order for my grandfather for a LG Tracfone on Nov. 21st. I never received a confirmation email or a shipping update. I cannot find the order under the “My Account” tab. I checked out as a guest, but have a HSN account where it seems like some of my information has been replaced with my grandfather’s. I typed in the order number I recieved on the printed reciept, but it just looks for the order and returns me to the HSN homepage. I want to know the status of the order so I know when to go to my grandfather’s to set up the phone.
